IS Portal enhancements

We have enhanced our IS Portal to improve accessibility and will be continually updating our IS service catalogue with additional services. Predefined requests submitted through the IS Portal will bypass our triage system, ensuring they are prioritised and addressed more promptly than those sent via email to issupport@britishmuseum.org.
